The social media
has been buzzing with domestic violence issues for a while now especially with the
latest news of the death of one Ronke Shonde who allegedly was killed by her
husband.
The week before,
even though nobody died, it was about Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz. The rate at
which marital issues keep buzzing on air and around the space, one would think
there are no longer sane or peaceful relationships between couples anywhere,
anymore.
Away from the domestic
brouhaha! While a lot of couples are
killing each other or attempting suicide in some part of the world, some other
persons are celebrating life for the little blessings they have counted worthy
to celebrate.
It’s no longer
news that handsome 35 year old Hollywood act Ryan Gosling and 42 year old Eva
Mendes only just had an addition of a beautiful baby girl, into their family
and the actor is every way still excited on the arrival of the baby.
The already named baby
girl, Amada
Lee Gosling, arrived on Friday the 29th of April at
8.03am in Santa Monica, California thus giving their first child Esmeralda
Amada who is already a year and twelve months old, a baby sister.
In an interview
with PEOPLE, Gosling was quoted saying “It
sounds so clichéd, but I never knew that life could be this fun and this great”
depicting the picture of a very proud and happy father.
It is expected that
Gosling who started dating Mendes sometime in 2011 would continue to keep their
new addition out of public eye just as they have done with Esmeralda whom
someone had told PEOPLE that Gosling was “madly in love” with, so there are no
doubts that the same kind of love would be meted out to newly born Amada Lee
Gosling.
In all of these excitements,
Mendes sure loves her life at the moment as one of the latest celebrity mums
all over again even as congratulatory messages are still going out to the
couple.
It would be
recalled that Gosling had earlier in an interview with Hello! Said “I know that
I’m with the person I’m supposed to be with.”
How nice is the
sound of that? Isn’t life beautiful? *winks*.
Honestly speaking,
love shouldn’t really hurt. Couples should take a cue from this simple family
and celebrate the little beautiful things and moments in their homes instead of
fighting and killing each other in the process.
Nevertheless, if and
only if you can’t stand the heat anymore, I guess just like Kenny Rogers sang “you’ve
got to know when to hold on, when to walk away or when to run”. It’s better
than someone dying in the process.
Enough of all
these domestic violence. It’s time to stop the madness.
